With funding from UNMIK, NGO LINK is implementing a project to empower youth from the Mitrovica region by providing training in tech and entrepreneurial skills for almost 60 young people (40% women). The project, which includes participants from K-Albanian, K-Serbian and K-Gorani communities, is helping foster inter-ethnic educational and business cooperation by providing new opportunities for youth through establishing the first tech business incubator in northern Kosovo.

The project directly supported social dialogue and economic reintegration of women from minority communities through training and provision of equipment and supplies to operate a joint inter-ethnic bakery project that provided employment for young women as direct project beneficiaries. Strengthens community relations and support the rural development in Videje/Vidanje, a village in Kline/Klina municipality where around 80 minority Serbs have returned since 2006 and have been gradually settled.
