EULEX participates in an advisory capacity to the working group set up by the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) in charge of drafting a 'Regulation on the Procedure for Resolution of Conflicts between Judgments and Rulings of Parallel Courts Operating outside the Legal Framework of Kosovo and Kosovo Courts', as well as the 'Administrative Instruction on Certification of Judgments and Rulings of Parallel Courts'.
