Through this initiative, capacities of the Mediation Center Mitrovica were increased by providing funds for the center to contract an administrator to specifically work on referrals and administration of mediation cases. The IP exceeded the target, as within the framework of the project, 386 cases entered mediation, out of which 384 were successfully closed, to the benefit of 923 individuals; while the initial target was 240 cases/disputes to be mediated during the implementation of the project.
