Establishment of Multi-Ethnic Croissant & Pastry Kitchen in Istog/Istok

The project directly supported social dialogue and economic reintegration of women from minority communities through training and provision of equipment and supplies to operate a joint inter-ethnic bakery project that provided employment for young women as direct project beneficiaries. The IP organized women inter-ethnic dialogue groups and conducted capacity building for these young women to enhance their business skills and knowledge for receipt and utilization of subsequent financial grants.
