Through its main mechanisms, the Performance Grant and technical assistance, DEMOS provides available tools and methodologies for municipalities which thematically are linked to the weaknesses revealed in the annual analyses of the performance data. DEMOS works with all 38 municipalities of Kosovo in achieving more democratic local government and better municipal management.
