Young women and men use acquired skills and increase their employability through a more market- oriented training system. Under this intervention the project addresses the problem of the skills mismatch in the labor market. Despite a steady supply of educated workforce, employers complain that they cannot find people with the right skills. In order to facilitate the transition from education to employment, EYE project works with non -formal training providers and formal education institutions to offer demand oriented skills.
