This project aims to advance the ten UNSC resolutions on Women, Peace and Security (WPS) and related United Nations/European Union commitments and to sustain EU-UN cooperation in advancing gender-responsive and inclusive dialogue processes. In parallel, it will also support the leadership potential of current and emerging women leaders and networks in Kosovo to influence political and peace processes in a meaningful way. In cooperation with the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, 15 high potential women (with a focus on non-majority communities) leaders are trained and they are receiving individual coaching session.
