The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the partnership between youth CSOs and local authorities through the development of a sustainable communication channel and cooperation strategy. This will increase the capacities of local youth CSOs in the municipality of Zveçan/Zvečan and strengthen the formal link between local self-government and youth through their participation in the decision-making process.
