The overall objective of this action is to support Kosovo implement energy efficiency measures and targets agreed in the Energy Efficiency Action Plan and within the Energy Community. In addition, the objective of this assignment is to increase awareness, enhance policy and stakeholders dialogue as well as help private sector invest in energy efficiency measures.
