The project aims at opening all spatial planning documents in the municipality of Prizren, including those related to cultural heritage of the Historic Center of the city. By creating the Prizren spatial planning online platform, the aim is to fulfill the obligations of the Open Data Card as an integral part of the Open Governance Partnership, as well as to increase the level of public accountability in one of the most non-transparent sectors in Kosovo.
