GIZ, within the Youth, Employment and Skills project, invites all interested companies to apply for "Diversity and Inclusion at work" training. The training aims to help companies create a diverse and inclusive environment, working to develop comprehensive strategies and practices, from recruitment processes to workplace integration.
The training program will last for a total of 4 days, which are divided into two sessions. All parts of the training program are interconnected and participation in all sessions is required. The training will take place during the month of March 2020.
The training can be attended by 1-2 company representatives, who must be part of the Human Resources Department, or responsible for recruiting and managing staff as part of their tasks.
Priority will be given to companies with at least 10 employees.
