A Competition for a Short Story on Children's Rights

The Domovik organization is launching a short story competition on children's rights. The invitation is open to children and young people up to the age of 18. The authors of the top three stories are followed by awards. The competition runs until March 15 of the current year.

The story should be true and its characters should be children and young people who have been endangered or denied basic rights (right to life, survival and development, participation, non-discrimination and the best interests of the child). Therefore, those who are exposed to discrimination in any way, poverty, violence, if they are disadvantaged in relation to their peers, if they do not have access to quality education or are excluded from the decision-making process that affects them.

Also, the story may contain testimonies of young people and children who have attended a situation in which a peer, friend, friend or close person has been denied the said rights and is willing to tell it (the names of the main actors in the story may be changed to protect the rights to privacy).
