As part of the UNICEF-supported Youth Activity Assessment in 2016 and 2017, we would like to ask you to participate in completing a short survey on how things have changed for you since you participated in youth activities.
If you agree to participate, you can stop at any time without penalty. The survey will take about 20 minutes. Your participation is voluntary, you may refuse to join, or you may withdraw after it has started without penalty. Your participation or non-participation in this study will not affect the benefits of ZhFH or the community by UNICEF.
