UNDP, through the United Nations (UN) COVID-19 Response and Recovery Multi-Partner Trust Fund project implemented by UNDP/UNV and UNICEF, donates assets for the Volunteers Call Centre within the National Institute for Public Health.
The Volunteers Call Centre was established with the purpose of answering calls for all concerned persons who have any questions regarding Covid-19 or suspect to have any symptoms.
The Centre is functional 24/7, and currently there are 20 medical students working on a voluntary basis. The furniture and office supplies will ensure the functionality of the Centre and will support the volunteers in their work, who are doing a tireless work in supporting Kosovo’s population.
