Series of meetings with public administration directors and members of committees for communities were held to advocate for proportional employment and design a model to follow for minority communities’ recruitment and inclusion in local administration; create an action plan for addressing the identified proportional employment challenges; and carry out awareness raising campaigns through the media and other communication channels frequently used by non-majority communities to bridge the information gap on government provision and available opportunities for proportional employment.
