Strengthening Efficiency, Accountability and Transparency of the Judicial and Prosecutorial System in Kosovo

The overall objective of the Project was to contribute to the Rule of Law (RoL) in Kosovo by strengthening the independence, efficiency, quality and accountability of judiciary and prosecutorial systems. The specific objectives were: to increase the efficiency, transparency and sustainability of the judicial system by improving the planning and implementation of judicial/ prosecutorial reforms, and to enhance the effectiveness of the Judicial and Prosecutorial Councils in Kosovo, as well as of the SPRK.
