This Action aims to improve the day-to-day functioning and quality of the justice system in Kosovo. The application of this methodology and tools leads to an increased capacity of the responsible beneficiaries to assess the efficiency of the Kosovo judicial system, ensuring that justice is delivered within a reasonable time and that it meets good quality standards.
