The overall objective of "Youth Workers for Young People" is to improve the quality of youth work and non-formal education through capacity building of 25 youth NGO staff in Kosovo focusing on building their core competencies and competencies with a focus on in developing four dimensions: attitudes, knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
