The IOM project in Kosovo for Return and Reintegration in Phase V (RRK V) has successfully implemented various sports activities at the Sports Hall in Kamenica, on November 29, 2019, starting at 9:30 am - 1:30 pm. More than fifty children from the Serb and Albanian communities who attend the Gymnasium in Kamenica. The idea for this type of activity came from the Focus Community Group, which was established in all 12 municipalities that are part of the RRK V project, where inter-ethnic cooperation in their municipality was recognized as a priority. Today, the children, their teachers, the deputy mayor, and the headmaster of the school (Gymnasium) had the opportunity to enjoy sports and entertainment in a friendly atmosphere. The children socialized, laughed, danced and sang together, as well as practicing their physical and mental abilities through various games such as chess, darts, basketball, karaoke, football, volleyball, English quizzes, and many other games. The kids also had lunch provided as well as refreshments.
