How important is teamwork and key to achieving our goals, we asked Miljana Dundjerin from Aquarius Cultural Center.
“Teamwork is something that makes up one community. If we were to talk about how a community from the first nucleus in a society, that is, a family, to the relationship between macro and micro systems, would not function without cooperation and without common associations, joint abilities to reach a goal. Teamwork has always been applied from the very beginning of the civilization course of man even in the most primitive communities, where there are records of ancient caves where they show this kind of joint work. "
According to Miljana, artists are very unusual and different creatures and they need more than necessary cooperation.
“They always need a lot more questions and a lot more answers than people who are not creative. Their rationalization is much smaller than that of ordinary people. Eternal youth and eternal search for something that is unspeakable and great, which every creator entails. For such people, there is little understanding in one entire social community. For this reason, it is very important that artists are always connected and talk to each other. Art is something that needs to be shared, that needs to be shown. "
Today, most jobs involve interacting with others who are not in the same profession. Therefore, the need for effective teamwork is crucial to any business.
Trust, openness and motivation are necessary for a team to work in order to achieve goals.
