(Self-nominations are also allowed!)
Why Should You Nominate?
Nominating someone is a chance to give them the recognition they deserve for their impactful work. Winners will be celebrated at our annual ceremony, gaining visibility and a platform to share their contributions to trustbuilding. Your nomination also helps amplify their voice, inspire others to take action, and create opportunities for even greater impact.
How to Nominate:
• Submit the Nomination: Fill out the online form by April 12, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria:
The individual or organization must have actively contributed to advancing the trustbuilding agenda in Kosovo. Please note, only those who have demonstrated a real commitment to fostering trust and cooperation are eligible for consideration.
Who Cannot Be Nominated:
• Initiatives or individuals not aligned with the trustbuilding mission
• Individuals or organizations who have already received this recognition in the previous three years (Previously known as the Trustbuilding Awards)
Selection Process:
To ensure a fair and balanced selection, the process will follow these steps:
1. Review of nominations:
A commission will first assess all nominations to ensure they meet the required criteria. This review will evaluate the depth, impact, and alignment of the nominee’s work with the trustbuilding goals in Kosovo.
2. Public Online Voting:
After the initial review, the shortlisted nominees will be presented to the public for online voting. The public’s vote will account for 40% of the final decision, giving the community an opportunity to have a voice in recognizing those who have made an impact.
3. Final Decision by the Independent Commission:
Following the public voting, the independent commission will make the final decision based on both the review process and the public vote. The commission’s evaluation will be weighted at 60%, ensuring that the selection process remains rigorous and aligned with the established criteria.
