The overall objective of the project is to increase local government transparency, responsiveness and accountability through citizen participation. Four web portals and four mobile apps for citizen participation are operational, supported by liaison officers able to effectively manage citizen inquiries, and citizens are informed on how to benefit from e-governance platforms.
