Robust monitoring and supporting small-scale project

In the framework of its continuous cooperation with the justice institutions and as a result of its robust monitoring findings, EULEX has been recommending an increased use of mediation to reduce the backlog of cases and also as a mean of 'diversion' for juveniles in conflict with the law.
