EULEX monitors the fulfillment of language rights in criminal proceedings and property related civil cases throughout Kosovo, with a specific focus on the effective realization of the right to a fair trial, the right to liberty and security and property rights. The Mission also engages in continuous monitoring of language rights in all Kosovo correctional facilities.
